Remote control IBOP system for top drive TDS-11

The function of IBOP is to prevent the release of kick or blowout by closing the internal blowout prevention and cutting off the internal channel of the drill string when the pressure inside the well is higher than the pressure inside the drill string.

Therefore it requires regular inspection,There are some necessary inspection items as follows:

1. Are there any loose bolts, accessories, safety lock wires, pins, and split pins missing or damaged;

2. Check if the remote internal blowout preventer is working properly and if there are any leaks;

3. Lubrication and wear of the drive device crank, whether there is any jamming phenomenon;

4. Lubrication and wear of the hydraulic cylinder of the driving device;

5. Lubrication, deviation, and wear of the driving device rollers.
