Reassembly of the Hydraulic Vane Pump

- Prepare for Assembly: Before reassembly, ensure all parts are clean and in good condition.

- Lubricate Components: Apply a light coat of hydraulic oil to new seals and vanes to ensure proper seating and minimize wear during first operation.

- Reassemble the Pump: Follow the reverse order of disassembly to carefully put all parts back together. Ensure that:

 - Vanes are properly positioned in the rotor slots.

 - The rotor aligns correctly with the cam ring.

 - Ensure the end cover is seated evenly without forcing any parts.

- Torque Specifications: Use a torque wrench to tighten all screws and bolts specifications to avoid distortion.

Testing the Repair

- Install the Pump: Reinstall the pump into the hydraulic system, reconnecting all lines and ensuring all are securely fastened.
